By using Kunsluva, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Service
Kunsluva creates custom stylised artwork from customer-supplied photos for printed products such as canvas, posters, and framed prints.
2. Customer Responsibility
By uploading an image, you confirm that:
- you own the image, or have permission to use it;
- you have permission from any identifiable person shown in the image where required;
- the image does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, or other legal rights.
3. Content Restrictions
Kunsluva does not accept or process images that contain prohibited content. This includes, but is not limited to:
- nudity or sexually explicit material;
- pornographic or adult content;
- exploitative, abusive, or inappropriate imagery;
- illegal, hateful, or offensive content;
- any content involving minors in inappropriate or sexualised contexts.
We reserve the right to reject any image at our discretion if it breaches these standards or is otherwise unsuitable for our service.
4. Artwork Style and Variation
Kunsluva transforms photos into artistic stylised artwork. While we aim to preserve the likeness, composition, and important features of the original image, final artwork may differ due to the nature of the artistic process.
5. Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving the artwork preview before continuing to product selection and payment. Once artwork has been approved and production proceeds, further changes may not be possible.
6. Cropping and Print Fit
Images may be adjusted to suit the best print ratio and product format. Where applicable, customers may be given the opportunity to adjust the crop area before continuing.
7. Payments
Payment is required before final production begins. No printed order will be completed or dispatched until payment has been successfully received.
8. Refunds and Reprints
Refund and reprint requests are subject to our Refunds & Reprints policy. Please review that page for details on what is covered and how claims are handled.
9. Limitation of Service
We may suspend, refuse, or cancel any order where uploaded content breaches these terms, where technical issues prevent processing, or where we believe an order is not suitable for the Kunsluva service.
